REMOTE SERVICES - HOW DOES IT WORK?
Simply fax, email or mail us your documentation such as vendor invoices, bank deposits, bank reconciliation, payroll and anything that is pertinent for the books - we will post it in Quickbooks as we receive it. You will have up-to-date information at your fingertips daily.
When it is time to write checks - there are a couple of options to choose from: 1) you write the checks, 2) you email your list of bills you want paid and we will write checks and mail out for you to sign and send, or 3) we write the checks, signature stamped them and mail directly to vendor from our office.
To make deposits - You make the deposits and fax, email or mail us a copy of the deposit and we will post to your register.
